Bianco Carrara comes from the quarries of the Apuan Alps, above Carrara. Its white ground tends towards grey and is crossed by fine, regular grey veining.
Because it is understated, it pairs well with other marbles: in our work we have used it for a curved staircase and for a floor with Giallo Siena bands and panels, where the white sets the field and the yellow draws the pattern. It is worked polished, honed or brushed.
