From the block
to the light
A marble workshop in Lanciano, Abruzzo. Bathrooms, staircases, fireplaces and inlaid floors, from quarry selection to on-site installation, in Italy and abroad.

The company
An evolved marble workshop, now in its second generation
Giuseppe Di Nola founded Lamar in 1982 in a garage in Lanciano. In 2002 the new factory brought milling machines and CNC into the workshop, alongside the chisel. Today Gianluca and Riccardo lead a company that works marble, stone and granite from five countries for private residences, commercial spaces and public buildings, in Italy and abroad.

Marble, travertine, onyx, granite
From five countries, chosen at the quarry block by block. Each material has its finishes, thicknesses and recommended uses.

Six steps, one hand

Every washbasin begins as a solid block, hollowed by hand in our workshop: the veining stays whole, in all its depth. The same care goes into a cantilevered staircase or an airport reception desk.
The workshop
Abroad
Italian stone, job sites abroad
We also work on job sites outside Italy: the material is selected and worked in the Lanciano workshop, the Lamar team installs it, and documentation is in English and French. Our work includes the IATA reception at Geneva Airport and the SOS Oxygène premises.
