A dark stone with a honed surface: matt and even, it brings out the lines of the design more than the veining.
We use it where sharp, architectural lines are needed: minimal fireplace surrounds, where it is paired with travertine, and bespoke staircases with square-cut flights, next to the curved limestone ones.
